Try The Doo Daddy on your walks for 90 days from the day it arrives. If you don't love it, contact us and we'll refund the full price of your kit.

How to claim

1. Email us at support@thedoodaddy.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with the next step.
3. Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
